My husband, best friend and I were traveling home when we got a flat tire. We were towed to the TLE at Walmart and across the parking lot was Red Roof Inn so we stayed a night. We did not have a block for one of our chargers and so we hopefully asked them at the desk, to which they dug in their lost and found to find us a charger! The next day, Walmart could not get our appointment until 11, which is checkout. When we got to the desk at 11, we asked if we could sit in the lobby, explaining our situation and again, they were so nice and extended our stay until 2pm-no charge! This was extremely nice of them to go out of their way to help us in our situation when we were already feeling down. We appreciate the stay and service we received!
Cleanest Red Roof I've ever stayed at! Everything in the room worked. Shower was hot and beds were very comfortable. 5 stars
This is a very nice place to stay. The rates are reasonable, although they do need to do something about a breakfast bar or a grab. And go thing, not just have coffee. And also would be nice if they had plastic wear to get your hands-on in case you've got microwavable food to eat.
Stopped here on our way home to Michigan. Good location and easy to get to. The hotel was very clean which is our top priority. If you are looking for a fully updated hotel that is full of amenities, then this is probably not the right fit for you. However, if you are looking for a clean room in a safe area that is very reasonably priced, then this is the place. We were traveling with a dog and this hotel has no pet fee which saved us 25 dollars. The room didn’t have a coffee maker, but there was coffee right out in the lobby. No breakfast is served, but considering my husband and I traveling with the dog only paid less than 85 dollars (including tax), we had plenty extra for breakfast down the road. We were very pleased with our stay.

The room was nice, it’s what you expect for a Red Roof Inn. The shower drain didn’t stay open so I had to hold it open to let the water drain out, but no other issues. The room was clean.
The Red Roof Inn Auburn was a nice, clean place for us to rest on our trip from New Jersey back to Wisconsin. As our driving plans had changed, we were able to get a reasonable rate on short notice right along our route. The staff were pleasant and the room was very clean and well appointed. Would stay again when we are in the neighborhood.
I have stayed here 5 or 6 times now and have always had a great experience. Very clean rooms and hotel with great customer service specially from Priya she is such a nice person. I highly recommend staying here
